For Windows · On the Microsoft Store

Never miss a renewal, a bill, or a deadline again.

TrailBlazer Tracker reads your contracts, bills, letters, and notices, finds the dates that matter, shows you exactly where each one came from, and turns them into calendar reminders with lead-time alarms.

Built by TrailBlazer Consulting. 13 years of information governance for Fortune 500 and 1000 enterprises.

The quiet money leak

The dates that cost you are the ones you never see coming.

Renewals, notice windows, and due dates hide across contracts, bills, and letters, scattered in spreadsheets, email, sticky notes, and memory. One slips, and it gets decided for you.

They hide in the fine print

The date that matters is often the cancel-by date or a payment due date, buried in a line nobody rereads.

They are scattered everywhere

A renewal in email, a bill on the counter, an appointment in your head. No single place, and no single owner.

The reminder comes too late

By the time the invoice or the renewal notice lands, the window to act has usually already closed.

Three steps, no data entry

Point it at a document. Get your deadlines back.

STEP 01

Upload a document

Point Tracker at any PDF or Word file: a contract, a bill, a letter, or an appointment notice. No retyping, no portal.

STEP 02

It finds the dates, with proof

Tracker extracts every date-bearing item, and a “Why this date?” panel shows the exact line each one came from.

STEP 03

Your calendar does the reminding

Export .ics reminders with lead-time alarms for Outlook, Google, or Apple. Subscribe for automatic re-alerts before every cycle.

Not just contracts

Point it at almost anything with a date.

What it reads

  • Contracts and agreements: vendor, supplier, SaaS, lease, service
  • Bills, invoices, and repayment schedules
  • Letters and appointment notices
  • Any document with dates that matter

What it finds

  • Renewal and auto-renewal dates
  • Cancellation and non-renewal notice windows
  • Billing, payment, and invoice due dates
  • Appointments, deadlines, and term start and end dates

What you get

Built to catch the date everyone else misses.

Reads PDF and Word

Pulls out every date-bearing item: renewal, notice, billing, appointment, and term dates.

Every date traced to its source

A “Why this date?” panel shows the line each deadline came from, so you can verify it in seconds.

Finds the dates that cost you

Surfaces the cancel-by date and the payment due date, not just the ones printed on the cover.

Calendar reminders with lead time

Export .ics reminders with advance alarms for Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar.

Re-alerts every cycle

Renewals repeat, so Tracker warns you again before every future cycle, automatically, while you subscribe.

Your documents are never stored

Processed in memory. Only the extracted dates are saved to your tracker, never the original file.

A lightweight alternative to CLM

The on-ramp, not the destination.

Full contract lifecycle management platforms are powerful, but they are expensive, slow to roll out, and far more than most teams need. Tracker focuses on the job that actually costs you money when it slips: catching renewal, notice, and payment deadlines on time. No implementation project, no per-seat contract, and no training. Open it, scan a document, get your reminders, and grow into CLM later on your terms.

Made for the person left holding the deadline

If you handle the paperwork, this is for you.

You do not need a legal team or a full contract platform to stop losing money to dates you never saw. Tracker fits small and midsize businesses, startups, and nonprofits: operations, finance, procurement, and office managers, founders who handle their own paperwork, and households and individuals tracking bills, renewals, and appointments.

Good questions

Answers before you download.

Do my documents get stored anywhere?

No. Your document is processed in memory, and only the extracted dates are saved to your tracker. The text passes through our AI processing provider to read it, and that provider does not train on your data and deletes it within 30 days. The original document never lands in our storage.

How do I know the dates are right?

Every date comes with a “Why this date?” panel that shows the exact line it was pulled from, so you can confirm it against the document yourself. Tracker is a productivity tool, not legal advice, so always verify a date against your original document before you act on it.

What can it read?

PDF and Word documents: contracts, bills, invoices, repayment schedules, letters, appointment notices, and just about any document with dates that matter.

Which calendars do the reminders work with?

Tracker exports a standard .ics file with lead-time alarms, so reminders open in Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any app that reads .ics.

What does it cost?

Free to start: scan and keep one document forever, with reminders. The $5.99 per month subscription keeps your whole portfolio tracked, adds always-on re-alerts, and includes 10 new scans each month. Prefer one-time exports? Credit packs are 10 for $2.99 or 50 for $9.99.

Is there a Mac or iPhone version?

The Windows app is available now. iOS, macOS, and Android versions are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Stop missing the dates that matter.
