Do my documents or photos get stored anywhere?
No. On Windows, the file is processed in memory. On iPhone, iPad, and Android, the photo you take is used to read the document and is not retained by the app. In every case, only the extracted dates are saved to your tracker. The text passes through our AI processing provider so it can be read, and that provider does not train on your data. The original file or photo never lands in our storage.
Which devices is it on, and do they work the same way?
Tracker is available for Windows on the Microsoft Store, for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and for Android on Google Play. The extraction, the “Why this date?” panel, and the calendar reminders are the same everywhere. The difference is how you get the document in: Windows reads PDF and Word files directly, while iPhone, iPad, and Android use the camera to capture the page in front of you.
How do I know the dates are right?

Which calendars do the reminders work with?
Tracker exports a standard .ics file with lead-time alarms, so reminders open in Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any app that reads .ics. There is nothing new for your team to log into.
How is this different from a contract lifecycle management platform?
A CLM platform manages the whole contract lifecycle: authoring, negotiation, approval, repository, and reporting.
